Freshly refurbished, diminutive set of four Victorian casters in rare, double wheel design. Swiveling and self-leveling- wheel assembly tilts from side to side, keeping wheels in contact with uneven surfaces. Small circular mounting plate is ideal for slim table legs. Model #2 by the Phoenix Caster Company of Indianapolis, IN. This model was originally patented in 1877; these appear to be the re-issue a decade later.
